Ownership

Termination

and you cannot use Livio.net software for: child pornography, nazism, terrorism,
slandering an individual/organisation, sending unsolicited spam email or virus or any
illegal or unethical activity.
If any terms are violated, Livio.net reserves the right to revoke the license at any time.
No refunds, if any due, will be granted for revoked licenses. Thus, you must uninstall
and delete all copies of Livio.net software and source code.
Law

This license is governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disagreement which may arise between the parties with regard to the
interpretation and/or execution of the present contract shall by default come
under the jurisdiction of the Italian Courts.
